Smartdorm is an integrated, cloud based, facility management solution. It is designed to be a common data collection interface where operators can perform their day-to-day operations on a single platform, allowing data to be easily shared between operational departments, digitally documenting day to day tasks and granting executives and managers critical oversight and analysis tools to modernize dormitory operations.
Smartdorm was first introduced in 2016 and is currently serving ~100,000 bed spaces and our clients include FEDA Purpose-Built Dormitories, Factory Converted Dormitories, Community Care Facilities and Temporary Decanting Sites. Smartdorm is developed in partnership with the Dormitory Association of Singapore (DASL), the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the Defence, Science & Technology Agency (DSTA).
This allows dormitories to automate processes, digitize workflows, and develop next generation capabilities; resulting in less overheads internally within the dormitory and externally with the regulatory boards that govern these group of businesses.
